Because it's Christmas, we're giving you a little longer to return any unwanted purchases.
All items purchased between Monday the 4th of November and Thursday the 19th of December may be returned until Tuesday 14th of January for a refund.
All refunds will be made via the same method of payment. Your statutory rights are not affected. Normal exclusions apply.
We would always recommend checking over your product well in advance of Christmas to make sure it is as expected and to avoid any disappointment.
Standard Returns Information
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue refunds for items that we do not receive.
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receiving your purchase. This fourteen day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing or via email within fourteen working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund on the cost of the items and the original delivery charge you paid on your order (if applicable).
We need to be notified of damage, shortages or incorrectly received items within 30 days. Contact us before returning any damaged, faulty or incorrectly received items.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exclusions to our Returns Policy
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons these include duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and protectors.
These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
Returning A Purchase
1. Items can be returned in person to our department store in Clitheroe.
2. If returning items by post or courier please send to the address above.
3. We do not offer a free returns service.

Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service (if you parcel contents value is greater than £46 then you may wish to take out additional insurance).
Please Note: If you use one of the services listed above then your contract to return items is taken out with companies listed above and it is their responsibility to return the items to us. We are only able to issue refunds for items received back to us.
