V & A Alyssum

Alyssum from V&A features an elegant print of stylised flowers, inspired by a textile design from Lindsay Phillip Butterfield. The sinuous, elongated lines reflect the influence of Art Nouveau, a style that was increasingly popular in the early 20th century. Coloured in a palette of turquoise blue and green tones, the main design reverses to a simple spot print. A quilted throw is perfect for layering up on cooler nights and the bed is accessorised with a cotton canvas cushion featuring an embroidered daisy motif and finished with a piped edging.
