Most Mainland UK orders are delivered free on orders over £50 the majority of deliveries are by courier. The courier company normally requires a signature upon delivery however some items can be left with neighbours or a secure location if available. Alternatively we are able to deliver items to work addresses etc.

Items in stock will be delivered to the Mainland UK normally within 5 - 7 working days during sale periods delivery times may be extended.

When you place your order we will automatically confirm your order via email.

We will inform you when your order is despatched via email and delivery is normally within two business days from this date.


Standard deliveries are normally made by courier company between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Our Carriage Charges are grouped by delivery zones :

Zone 1 includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, excluding other UK Islands, Islands of Scotland and postcodes and locations listed in Zone 2.

Zone 2 includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Islands - Including Postcodes HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Zone 3 CURRENTLY SUSPENDED - includes Mainland Europe and Ireland - EXCLUDES ALL all Islands and Bosnia-Herzegovia, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Finland, Malta, Latvia and Romania.

PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERIES TO IRELAND AND EUROPE ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to the Channel Islands including Guernsey and Jersey, BFPO's addresses and all the following areas and countries.

All European Islands, Bosnia-Herzegovia, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Finland, Malta, Latvia and Romania

Provide us with your mobile telephone number (in the format 07 without international codes) and you will receive a SMS text to confirm despatch of your order and on the morning of delivery a second SMS text to confirm your availability. You will be given the option to re-arrange the delivery to a another convenient day.

i : This service is NOT available to all items despatched with ourselves.

ii : Your mobile phone number will be passed to the courier company for them to provide you with a text message.

iii : We will never pass your phone number on to any other companies.

If you wish to purchase 1 pillowcase to check the colour or the design then when checking out select the Sample £1.50 option.

This option can only be used for orders for 1 pillowcase. The pillowcase should arrive in approximately 5 - 10 working days.
