I'm looking for a particular product but cannot see it listed?

All the products we currently stock are listed on the website. If particular items are no longer available then they will be removed.

If you are looking for a particular design try searching using the search box at the top of the page, try entering the first 3 letters of the design for example Kal for Kalamakari.


What's your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue refunds for items that we do not receive.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing or via email within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund on the cost of the items and the original delivery charge you paid on your order (if applicable).

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How is my order delivered?

The large majority of our parcels are despatched by courier. You will be emailed when your order is despatched and the parcel normally arrives the following working day.

In most cases it is advisable for you to get your parcel delivered to an address where you or somebody you know will be able to sign for it. We normally despatch orders in approximately four working days of receipt of your order. Parcels can be left without a signature as instructed at your own risk.

Can I have a sample?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer samples although if you are interested in a particular design but are unsure as to whether it will be suitable then one pillowcase can be purchased and at checkout select the 1.50 - Sample delivery charge.

This option is only available to the U.K. Mainland and can be used for one pillowcase only.


Can I view your products anywhere?

Our products can be viewed at our Department Store in Clitheroe and Skipton however please note we do not have the full range in store.

If you intend to visit please contact us at least 24hrs before so that we can ensure the products you wish to view are available in store.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.

Can I get the VAT back on my order?

Please note we are no longer able to make any reductions on our prices when suppling to non EC Countries. Due to recent changes in carriage costs, the non application of VAT involved has been taken into consideration when calculating the postage charge.
