V & A Blythe Meadow Teal

This delicate design of wild flowers and grasses has been adapted from a fragment of furnishing fabric dating from the early 19th century, held in the V&A�s textile collection. A close-set background pattern of tiny overlapping diagonal lines has also been reproduced faithfully as a reverse pattern.
Coloured in an evocative multi coloured palette of poppy red, lavender and cornflower blue on a natural ground or a fresh teal blue alternative, the collection encompasses four sizes of duvet cover sets, housewife pillowcase pairs in the reverse pattern, one size of floral curtains and a quilted throw with scalloped edge detailing.
A sateen cushion featuring embroidered floral sprigs completes the collection.
