Kazari is based on a woven silk furnishing fabric by Owen Jones (1809-74), dating from the 1870s. Originally called Nipon, the design was influenced by Japanese silks and the popularity of Japanese design in Britain in the 19th century. Available in Gilver and Sky, the jacquard weave features an intricately tiled design. The duvet cover and oxford pillowcase reverse to a complementary geometric print on pure cotton and the range includes a housewife pillowcase, quilted throw and one size of jacquard curtains. Kazari is complemented with an accessory cushion decorated with an embroidered geometric pattern.
